Our Story

The Beginning

In 2022, OM Shanties was founded by Jonni Fox and Rod MacCormack and their belief in the powerful healing properties of music and frequency.  Since their conception, they wanted to share their passion with the world, so they started by performing at local events and venues, and quickly gained a loyal following, and a reputation for their heart-centred, soul-seeking, high-energy performances.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is that the best music is meant to be shared and comes from the heart.  We believe that love and frequency have the ability to heal, and that community and connection are core components to leading a healthy, fulfilling life.
